Warranty and return

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product. The notification will be given, signed and sent by mail to the address hello@evantyne.com. 

In the situation mentioned above, You will return, within the term provided above, the product purchased in the original packaging, without showing any signs of damage or wear. Shipping costs will be borne by you. By opening the individual packaging in which the ordered products were delivered, it means that you agree with these conditions of use and that the products are the ones ordered and correspond to your requirements. SC VELOUDIN SRL undertakes to return to the customer the amounts collected for the returned products, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of termination by you of the contract.
